八月中旬,我看了北京朝阳区所属的十八里店乡文化站农民演出队自编自演的新戏《潮落自有潮涨时》。这是一出多场次的中型话剧,描写十一届三中全会以后,村里办起了文化站,青年农民通过学文化,学技术,精神面貌发生了新的变化。一台演员十分认真,灯光、布景、效果也很讲究。虽然他们的演技并不高超,演出还很稚嫩,我却看得津津有味。据说剧中描写的就是他们自己的事儿,题材和立意都很有现实意义。看了戏我余兴未尽,便和他们聊了起来。原来,他们全队十九个人,最大的二十三岁,最小的只有十六岁。他们当中有社队办企业工人,有承包专业户,还有拖拉机手、司机、锅炉工和中学生等等。他们生活富裕后,一些人成天打扑克赌钱,到城里逛荡,骑车兜风,聚众闲聊……天长日久,
