口述历史是区别于考古学的历史研究方法,在西方历史学界有近六七十年的历史。口述历史与法律的关系,主要体现在作为法学研究方法的口述历史和口试历史中的法律问题两方面。
Oral history is different from the history of archeology research methods in Western history has nearly six seventy years of history. The relationship between oral history and law is mainly reflected in the oral history as the legal research method and the legal issues in the oral history.
