目的采用流式细胞小球微阵列术(cytometric Bead Array,CBA)检测V型狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的表达并探讨其意义。方法用CBA法检测20例V型LN患者和20例正常人血清中Th1(TNFα、IFN-γ)和Th2(IL4和IL5)类细胞因子表达情况。结果 V型LN组Th1类细胞因子TNFα和IFNγ表达均高于正常对照组,而正常对照组中IL4和IL5则高于狼疮肾患者。结论 Th1和Th2类细胞因子平衡/紊乱在狼疮肾患者肾组织损害中可能起一定作用。CBA法检测Th1/Th2细胞因子是一种高效、简便和敏感度高的方法。
Objective To investigate the expression of Th1 / Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with V-type lupus nephritis (LN) by cytometric Bead Array (CBA). Methods Serum levels of Th1 (TNFα, IFN-γ) and Th2 (IL4 and IL5) cytokines in 20 patients with V-type LN and 20 normal controls were detected by CBA method. Results The expressions of Th1 cytokines TNFα and IFNγ in V LN group were higher than those in normal control group, while those in normal control group were higher than those in lupus kidney. Conclusions Th1 and Th2 cytokine balances may play a role in renal damage in patients with lupus. CBA assay of Th1 / Th2 cytokines is an efficient, simple and sensitive method.
