控制设备精度指数σ_t 可以有效地监测设备精度状态,减少设备故障,确定设备修理周期,提高设备修理的经济性。为了实现上述目标,应当在设备(产品)的设计和制造阶段为其制订一个精度指数目标值,然后,在制造和维修管理阶段加以控制。本文叙述了各种可供选择的监测设备精度的方法,论证了设备精度指数σ_t 的理论基础,指出了设备精度指数σ_t 的主要应用领域及其改进方向。文中还以实例说明了在产品(设备)设计和制造中应用设备精
Control equipment accuracy index σ_t can effectively monitor the accuracy of equipment status, reduce equipment failure, determine the equipment repair cycle and improve the economy of equipment repair. In order to achieve the above objectives, a target value of accuracy index should be developed for the equipment (product) during its design and manufacturing stage and then controlled during the manufacturing and maintenance management phase. This paper describes a variety of alternative methods to monitor the accuracy of the device, demonstrates the theoretical basis of the device accuracy index σ_t, and points out the main application areas of the device accuracy index σ_t and its improvement direction. The article also illustrates the application of equipment in the design and manufacture of products (equipment)
