拉伸机是混凝土预应力结构工程中张拉钢丝锚束的主要施工机械。国内桥梁建设和混凝,土结构的水压机上曾采用过混凝土预应力钢丝束拉锚,但使用的拉伸机其容量最大不过120吨。葛洲坝工程中采用的预应力钢丝拉锚,由于布置的限制,要求设计和制造张拉力达400吨、并便于施工操作的液压拉伸机。400吨液压拉伸机的设计于1975年完成。1978年吉林省四平拉伸机厂试制十台,先后在工厂和工地做过多次试验.经有关单位鉴定,认为该机设计、试制是基本成功的,能满足工程上的需要。现将该机简要介绍如下;

In 1978, Siping Stretcher Factory in Jilin Province trial ten, has done in the factory and site many tests.After the identification of the relevant units, that the aircraft design, trial production is the basic success, to meet the engineering needs. Now the aircraft briefly described below;
