本文认为,应该从理论的、历史的和现实的维度理解党的群众路线。唯物史观和共产党的宗旨是理解群众路线的理论维度。深刻领会和把握中国共产党的历史经验和历史规律是理解群众路线的历史维度。实现党的十八大确定的奋斗目标,保持党的先进性和纯洁性、巩固党的执政基础和执政地位,解决群众反映强烈的突出问题是理解党的群众路线的现实维度。
This paper argues that we should understand the party’s mass line from the theoretical, historical and realistic dimensions. The historical materialism and the Communist Party’s aim are to understand the theoretical dimension of the mass line. Profoundly understanding and grasping the historical experience and law of history of the Chinese Communist Party is a historical dimension in understanding the mass line. It is a realistic dimension to understand the mass line of the party to realize the goals set for the party at the 18th CPC National Congress, maintain the advanced nature and purity of the party, consolidate the party’s governing foundation and ruling position, and solve outstanding problems the masses reflect intensely.
