我厂制造双面模板时,工人习惯用传统的划线找正方法。根据划线位置,将两片铸模在模板上下分别加以固定。由于多道划线产生积累误差,使所制作的双面模板存在或多或少的错边。为纠正错边需反复试模和校正,特别当一块模板上布置的铸模形状复杂和铸模数较多时,铸模的上下对正工作更为复杂。
