目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在哮喘合并呼吸道感染中的临床意义。方法哮喘合并呼吸道感染患者120例均分为哮喘合并细菌感染(A)组和哮喘合并病毒感染(B)组,单纯哮喘患者60例作为对照(C组),测定并比较血清PCT和CRP水平。结果 A组血清PCT和CRP浓度为(26.5±8.7)μg/L和(50.1±18.6)mg/L,均高于B组的(0.6±0.2)μg/L和(5.8±0.6)mg/L和C组的(0.3±0.1)μg/L和(4.1±0.3)mg/L(P<0.01);A组血清PCT和CRP阳性检出率高于B、C组(P<0.01),B组高于C组(P<0.05)。结论哮喘合并细菌感染患者血清PCT和CRP水平明显升高,检测PCT和CRP可为临床使用抗菌药物提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in asthmatic patients with respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 120 asthmatic patients with respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups: group A with asthma with bacterial infection and group B with asthma with virus infection, and group C with 60 patients with asthma alone. The levels of serum PCT and CRP were measured and compared. Results The serum concentrations of PCT and CRP in group A were (26.5 ± 8.7) μg / L and (50.1 ± 18.6) mg / L, respectively, higher than those in group B (0.6 ± 0.2 μg / L and 5.8 ± 0.6 mg / L (0.3 ± 0.1) μg / L and (4.1 ± 0.3) mg / L respectively in group C (P <0.01). The positive rates of PCT and CRP in group A were higher than those in group B and C Group than in group C (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum PCT and CRP in asthmatic patients with bacterial infection were significantly increased. Detection of PCT and CRP may provide a reference for the clinical use of antimicrobial agents.
