目的:观察理气颗粒联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年2月就诊于大厂回族自治县中医医院的68例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为2组,对照组予泮托拉唑肠溶片、多潘立酮片治疗,治疗组予泮托拉唑肠溶片和理气颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组显效15例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%;对照组显效6例,有效21例,无效7例,总有效率79.41%。结论:理气颗粒联合西药能有效治疗慢性胃炎,疗效优于单纯西药。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Liqi granule combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with chronic gastritis visiting Dachang Hui Autonomous County Hospital of Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets and domperidone tablets. The treatment group Pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets and Li Qi particles treatment. Results: In the treatment group, 15 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.12%. In the control group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 21 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 79.41%. Conclusion: Liqi granule combined with western medicine can effectively treat chronic gastritis with better curative effect than western medicine alone.
