By December 11, 2006, China’s accession to the WTO has reached its fifth anniversary. In these five years, the Chinese economy has always maintained a growth rate of more than 9%. As a microcosmic main body that promotes economic growth, Chinese enterprises have not suffered the serious impact expected after joining WTO, on the contrary maintained the strong growth momentum. The scale of Chinese enterprises is growing and the export volume keeps on rising, and is increasingly integrated into the system of international production division of labor. In the past five years, the Chinese government has fulfilled its promise of acceding to the WTO responsibly. The future opening up in the economic field will be in the hands of the Chinese government. Chinese enterprises will follow the guidelines of the International Telecommunication Union
