上次我们曾讲到,有人以为,基层党的工作者,现在比较超脱了。从表面上看确实这样,因为基层支部书记往往不亲自抓许多学校行政工作了。但一旦碰到一些敏感问题时,想超脱也超脱不起来。老鲁和我讲了这样一件事:最近学校领导班子调整,要提拔一名教导主任。校长提了一个人选,从各方面看,还是可以的。但自己更倾向于另一位人选,而从各方面反映的情况来看,比校长提的人选更合适。我就想,是不是要对校长提这个问题。提吧,怕“越位”,不提吧,我又觉得自己的工作怍又没有“到位”。心里很矛盾。
