大力开发人才资源,为经济建设服务是人事部门恒久不变的主题。近日,辽宁省人事厅以“三个代表”为指针,策划了两个重要会议,树起了北宁市、和平区两面旗帜,为县(市)、城区的人才资源开发指明了方向,体现出辽宁省人事部门重心下移,全方位开发人才资源的整体意识和工作力度。辽宁省人事厅王俊莲厅长指出:北宁市与和平区的两个会议都是为了在全省范围内大力推动县(市)区基层人才人事工作,使县(市)区的人事工作面向市场经济发展的需要,面对更宽更广的服务领域,重心下移,直接为工作对象服务。
