本文采用双侧颞下颌关节侧位断层摄影技术,对18—27岁青年学生前牙覆(牙合)覆盖与顾下颌关节形态(关节窝形态及髁突位置)的关系进行了定量研究。结果表明,前牙覆(牙合)覆盖与顾下颌关节形态无明显关系。本文为顳下关颌节疾病病因研究及错(牙合)畸形的矫治提供了实验依据;对断层摄影技术部分参数作了改进。
In this paper, bilateral temporomandibular joint lateral radiography was used to quantitatively study the relationship between anterior teeth occlusion and mandibular joint morphology (the shape of joint and condyles) in young people aged 18-27 years. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between anterior occlusion and mandibular joint morphology. This article provides an experimental basis for the etiology of temporomandibular joint jaw disease and correction of malocclusion. Some parameters of tomography are improved.
