“陕北秧歌”是我国汉民族主要民间舞蹈秧歌的代表性流派之一,它是人类社会发展到一定历史阶段的产物,是广大劳动人民在长期的历史变革中、生活、生产的实践中创造和不断发展起来的优秀民族民间舞蹈。在先民们世代繁衍、传承中,又受到了陕北风土民俗和民间祭祀等活动的影响,逐渐形成了深受陕北广大人民群众喜闻乐见的民间艺术,长期流传分布在陕北高原的广大地区。
“Northern Shaanxi yangko ” is one of the representative genres of the Han nationality’s main folk dance yangko. It is a product of the development of human society to a certain historical stage. It is the practice of living and production of the majority of working people in long-term historical changes In the creation and continuous development of outstanding folk dance. The ancestors were multiply and inherited from generation to generation. They were also influenced by local folk customs and folk sacrifices in northern Shaanxi and gradually formed folk art loved by the broad masses of people in northern Shaanxi. Long history spread throughout the vast area of the northern Shaanxi Plateau .
