本文对国内外120份低酚棉品种资源和91份高酚棉品种资源的纤维长度、比强度、麦克隆值、纤维整齐度比和纤维伸长率5项主要纤维品质指标进行了分析,其目的在于了解我国所掌握的低酚棉纤维品质现状和水平。结果表明,低酚棉品种(系)的2.5%跨距长度总体平均为27.9mm,属27mm 级别。但最大值为30.8mm,可达31mm 优质级别。纤维比强度总体平均为20.8g/t(?)x,属低强力范围,而最大值达到了高强力的标准。麦克隆值总体平均值超出正常范围,最小值为4.0,属于成熟度良好、细度中等范围。本文对上述5项指标全部进行了变异范围、标准差、变异系数等参数的分析。比较国内与国外的低酚棉及高酚棉品种(系)各项纤维品质指标,国内育成的低酚棉品种(系)纤维长度较国外育成的品种(系)略长。比强度低于国外育成的品种(系)。对我国各省份(或育种单位)育成的低酚棉品种(系)的5项纤维品质指标进行比较,结果为纤维长度和比强度以中棉所育成的品种(系)较优。
In this paper, five major fiber quality indexes of 120 low-phenolic cotton varieties and 91 high-phenolic cotton varieties at home and abroad were analyzed, including fiber length, specific strength, micronaire, fiber uniformity and fiber elongation, The purpose is to understand the status quo and level of the quality of low phenol cotton fiber in our country. The results showed that the 2.5% span of low-phenolic cotton varieties (lines) overall average of 27.9mm, which is 27mm level. But the maximum value is 30.8mm, up to 31mm quality level. The overall average fiber specific strength is 20.8g / t (?) X, which is a low-strength range, while the maximum achieves the high-strength standard. The average value of the micronaire values out of the normal range, the minimum value of 4.0, are of good maturity, medium fineness range. Than the intensity lower than the bred varieties (lines). Five fiber quality indexes of low-phenolic cotton varieties (lines) bred by provinces (or breeding units) in our country were compared. The results showed that the varieties (lines) of fiber length and specific intensity bred by Chinese cotton were better.
