本文报告一种检测C3b受体的新方法,即用新鲜人血清(FHS)致敏的绵羊红细胞(SRBC)可与人B细胞和B淋巴母细胞、粒细胞形成花结,而不与T淋巴细胞及T淋巴母细膪形成花结。此法可用于测定B细胞及慢性髓细胞性白血病(CML)细胞。
This article reports a new method for the detection of C3b receptors, in which sheep red blood cells (SRBC) sensitized with fresh human serum (FHS) can form floral nodes with human B cells and B lymphoblasts and granulocytes without binding to T lymphocytes Cells and T-lymph node florets form a flower node. This method can be used to determine B cells and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) cells.
