为获得意大利黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum Lam)与苇状羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb)杂交亲和力的更详细资料,以有效地发展这一属间杂交育种计划,进行了三项试验。试验1以3个意大利黑麦草品种为母本、12个苇状羊茅品种和品系为父本进行杂交,各杂交组合间的杂交亲和力变异范围较广。1980年与1983年各杂交组合每穗杂种种子数(杂交亲和力)分别为16.4~103.7个和17.3~145.0个。有一个特殊的苇状羊茅品种在两年中均表现出与意大利黑麦草高杂交亲和力。试验2用4个意大利黑麦草无性系与6个苇状羊茅无性系杂交,研究意大利黑麦草基因型对杂交亲和力的作用。母本意大利黑麦草无性系间杂交亲和力有显著差异、父本苇状羊茅无性系间杂交亲和力虽有差异,但未达到5%显著水平。试验3用意大利黑麦草品种Waseaoba的一个无性系W—2的自交后代研究其高杂交亲和力的遗传性。大多数W—2无性系自交后代与苇状羊茅无性系的杂交亲和力(种子结实率)较高,种子结实率为61.5~95.7%,平均为84.5%。
To obtain more detailed information on the hybridization affinity of Lolium multiflorum Lam and Festuca arundinacea Schreb in Italy, three experiments were carried out to effectively develop this crossbred breeding program. In experiment 1, three Italian ryegrass varieties were used as the female parent, and 12 varieties of fescue were crossed with the male parent. The hybrids showed a wide range of affinity variation. The number of hybrids per hybrid (hybridization affinity) in hybrids between 1980 and 1983 were 16.4-103.7 and 17.3-145.0, respectively. A special species of tall fescue showed high crossbreeding affinity with Italian ryegrass for two years. Experiment 2 Four Italian ryegrass clones were crossed with six Fescue populations to investigate the effect of Italian ryegrass genotypes on hybridization affinity. There was a significant difference in the hybrid affinity between the male parent RIL plants in clones. However, the hybrid affinity between the male parent Fescue populations was not significantly different at 5%. Experiment 3 The heritability of high hybridization affinity was studied with selfing offspring of a clonal W-2 from the Italian ryegrass variety Waseaoba. The hybridization affinity (seed setting rate) of most W2 clones was higher than that of the reed Fescue population, with seed setting rate of 61.5-95.7% with an average of 84.5%.
