解剖观察引种和原产地的大木漆树(Rhus verniciflua Stokes)的相同树龄、同品种胸径树皮结果表明:产漆量高,漆质优良,主产高寒山区的大木漆树农家品种引种到低海拔地区后虽然形态结构基本相同,分泌组织结构正常但树皮厚度、乳汁道口径、数量、面积特别是活皮厚度内单位总面积显著下降。从而证实了引种后的大木漆树能采割生漆,但由于解剖学指标的下降其产漆能力也明显降低,漆树生长势差,不适应引种地的生态环境。
