宝鸡枢纽是陇海线与宝成线、宝中线的交会点,是西北与西南地区间、西北和西南地区与华北、东北、中原地区经济、文化交流的重要交通枢纽。随着国家实施经济发展重心向中西部地区转移的战略部署,西北、西南地区经济将迎来新的腾飞。“九五”期间,国家加大了对中西部地区的投入,继宝中线建成通车、兰新复线开通后,宝成线南段二线建设、阳安线扩能改造工程相继进入最后攻坚阶段,陇海线宝鸡至兰州段增建二线工程和西安南京线将于年内开工。此外,既有陇海线宝鸡以东的线路也进行了全面提速改造。因此,处于交通要塞的宝鸡枢纽的规划和改扩建问题也就成了西北地区路网建设的重要课题之一。
Baoji Junction is the intersection of Longhai Line, Baocheng Line and Baozhong Line. It is an important transport hub for economic and cultural exchanges between Northwest and Southwest China, Northwest and Southwest China and North China, Northeast China and Central Plains. With the strategic deployment of the country shifting its economic development center to the central and western regions, the economy in the northwest and southwestern regions will usher in a new take-off. During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, the state stepped up its investment in the central and western regions. Following the opening of the Baozhong Line and the opening of the Lanxun Double Line, the second-line construction of the southern section of Baocheng Line and the expansion project of the Yang’an Line entered the final stage of construction Phase, Longhai line from Baoji to Lanzhou section of the construction of second-line project and Xi’an Nanjing line will be started during the year. In addition, both east of Baoji line Longhai also conducted a full speed transformation. Therefore, the planning and renovation and expansion of Baoji hub in the traffic fortress has also become one of the important topics for the construction of road network in the northwest region.
