一、目的与材料方法 通过组织分析诊断果树的营养状态,大多数果树是利用叶片。但由于果树生产的最终产品是果实,而且有些矿质元素可直接影响到果实的产量和质量,如钙、钾等元素的含量,对果实品质和贮藏性具有明显影响。因此,本试验研究了3个山楂品种果实中7种矿质营养元素含量的动态变化规律,并进行了叶、果矿质营养元素含量间的相关分析,以期为深入开展山楂矿质营养方面的研究提供依据。
