完善基本医疗保险定点医疗机构协议管理,是医保顺利推进的关键,也是处理医保经办机构与定点医疗机构双方关系、考核定点医疗机构服务质量和控制参保人员个人负担的重要内容。基于这种认识,劳动保障部日前下发了《关于完善城镇职工基本医疗保险定点医疗机构协议管理的通知》,对协议管理的有关内容进一步提出了明确要求。
Perfecting the agreement management of designated medical institutions for basic medical insurance is the key to the smooth progress of medical insurance. It is also an important part of handling the relationship between medical insurance agencies and designated medical institutions, and examining the service quality of designated medical institutions and controlling the individual burden of insured persons. Based on this understanding, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security recently issued the Notice on Improving the Agreement Management of Fixed Medical Institutions for Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees, which further set forth the explicit requirements on the content of the agreement management.
