许多人都说“人老腿先老”, 我也深有体会。从50岁以后,上下楼真的感到两腿不像年轻时那么有劲了,晚上睡觉也常常觉得腿肚子发空,特别是58岁那年得了一场病(更年期综合症),痛苦不堪, 更感到健康的宝贵。于是病好以后,我除了每天坚持早锻炼,做操、跑步、打太极拳之外,还有意识地把健身活动贯穿于日常生活中。
Many people say “old people first old legs,” I also deeply understand. From the age of 50, I really felt my legs were not as energetic as when I was young. I often feel sleepless at night when I am asleep, especially when I was sick (Climacteric Syndrome) at the age of 58 Healthy and precious. So after I was well, I insisted on daily exercise, exercise, running, tai chi exercise, but also consciously exercise throughout the daily life.
