本文对保定市社区卫生服务的筹资及可能的政府定额补助方案补偿额进行了测算与分析。按照当前实际成本测算所需筹资额为每人 5 5元 ,按标准成本参考值测算所需筹资额为每人 3 1 9元 ;若用标准成本参考值并按需要测算 ,筹资额为每人 7 78元。另外 ,社区卫生服务的补偿现状和可能的补偿途径、不同补偿内容以及补偿数额都进行了测算和分析 ,并提出了相应的政策建议
This paper estimates and analyzes the fund-raising of community health services in Baoding and the compensation amount of possible government quota subsidy programs.
