在矿产品需求旺盛和全球矿产储量不断减少的情况下,矿产资源在全球的争夺也进入了白热化阶段。为了发展壮大自身实力以应对未来更加激烈的竞争,中国矿产资源企业不仅要加大对矿产勘查的投资,还急需建立适合自身发展的矿产资源战略储备体系,这个体系依附于企业的战略目标体系而存在。运用AHP法,定性定量相结合地探讨企业矿产资源战略储备体系中储备矿种选择的问题,通过构造判断矩阵、排序计算和一致性检验,最终得出最优储备矿种,为企业决策者提供依据。
In the case of strong demand for minerals and declining global mineral reserves, global competition for mineral resources has also entered a white-hot phase.
