去年下半年,河北省的刑事犯罪出现了新动向——车匪路霸犯罪居高不下,且呈愈演愈烈之势。犯罪分子纠集成伙,在国道、省道和高速公路上为非作歹,有的拦截过往车辆,敲诈、抢劫司机钱财,有的公然在长途客车上持刀洗劫全车旅客,气焰十分嚣张。对此,河北省公安厅明令要求沿线公安机关加大对车匪路霸犯罪的打击力度,坚决遏制住此类犯罪上升的势头。
In the second half of last year, a new trend emerged in criminal activities in Hebei Province. The crime committed by car bandits was at a high level and the situation was getting worse. Criminals are gangs of gangs who commit crimes on state roads, provincial highways and highways. Some intercept past vehicles, extort money and loot money from drivers, and some blatant arrogance arose when they stabbed and robbed whole cars on long-distance buses. In response, Hebei Provincial Public Security Department explicitly ordered the public security organs along the route to step up efforts to crack down on crimes committed by car bandits and bullying roads and resolutely checked the momentum of the rise of such crimes.
