北京日报从七月二十二日起,开展了“关于干部参加劳动问题的讨论”。到八月二十六日止,已经出了六期。几年来,北京各条战线干部参加劳动是逐步发展的。干部参加劳动在工作中起了很好的作用,也创造和积累了不少经验。但是,这方面的经验还不够,有一些实际问题,如参加劳动的方法、内容等,还没有很好地解决;同时,有些看法还不完全一致,例如:
