The technology of cold mix regeneration in plant has broad application prospects. The article describes the mix design of cold mixes with modified emulsified asphalt as the main stabilizer. The structural design of the cold regenerated structure is carried out based on the laboratory tests. The pilot road project summarizes the mixing of cold mix plant mixing, paving and rolling and other construction techniques.
