本文以Fe—Ni合金为例,研究了Ms温度在室温以下的合金试样中淬火残余应力对马氏体转变的影响,发现马氏体先在试样心部形成;显微硬度试验及理论分析证明,试样心部的残余拉应力促进马氏体转变,表层的残余压应力阻碍马氏体转变;文中给出了淬火应力的计算公式,尝试性地提出了小直径试样中残余应力的显微硬度鉴别方法。
In this paper, taking Fe-Ni alloy as an example, the effect of quenching residual stress on the martensitic transformation in the alloy sample whose Ms temperature is below room temperature was studied.
