本刊上期登载的《楼盘起名五大准则》,说的是楼盘名称好坏的评判标准。本期接着上期话题,说说楼盘起名的主要方法。起名方法很多,而且各具特色,考虑篇幅有限,只能讲其要者。现选十种方法,编歌加以概括:就地取材指位明,借用他名最易行;寄托意愿平心态,描绘景色悦神情;摘选诗文雅兴起,凝炼成语意蕴增;美词点缓含义好,修辞谐趣玩味浓;突出特点作卖点,反映时代亦英雄。此歌诀每句前四字为起名方法的概括,后三字为该方法主要特点的总结。下面且听笔者一一道来。
