目的了解居民卫生服务需求与利用的变化情况。方法分别于1993年、1998年和2003年在北京市东城区随机对600户居民进行卫生服务需求与利用的问卷调查。结果卫生服务的需求增长慢病患病率上升,但居民利用率下降。结论该地区应加强基层卫生组织的能力建设,采取措施降低卫生服务费用。
Objective To understand the changes in demand and utilization of residents’ health services. Methods A questionnaire survey on demand and utilization of health services for 600 households randomly was conducted in Dongcheng District of Beijing in 1993, 1998 and 2003 respectively. As a result, the prevalence of chronic diseases increased as demand for health services increased, but household utilization declined. Conclusion The capacity building of primary health organizations should be strengthened in this area and measures should be taken to reduce the cost of health services.
