通过对高等职业院校教师职教综合能力研究分析,提出以培养职业院校教师综合素质为核心,以具备良好的职教精神为基础,从公共政策、教学科研、企业合作、创新性学习和实践等方面经过整合,形成培养职教能力的理论模型并进行实践探索,以建立适合中国特色的职业院校教师职教能力培养模式,为高等职业院校教育改革和实践提供参考。
Based on the research and analysis on the comprehensive ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward that based on cultivating the comprehensive qualities of teachers in vocational colleges and universities and based on a good vocational education, from the aspects of public policy, teaching and research, business cooperation, innovative learning and Practice and so on to form a theoretical model of training vocational ability and to explore the practice in order to establish a vocational training model for vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics and provide reference for higher vocational education reform and practice.
