国库集中收付制度是公共财政框架的重要内容之一,是推进财政预算制度改革的具体体现和深化。本文就我国实施国库集中收付制度遇到问题进行了分析,并提出了有效推行国库集中收付制度实施的措施。
Treasury centralized receipt and payment system is an important part of the public financial framework, which is to promote the concrete embodiment and deepening of the reform of the fiscal budget system. This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of centralized treasury receipt and payment system in our country and puts forward some measures to effectively implement the centralized Treasury receipt and payment system.
