在日常的学校教学管理中,教育不公平一直都有存在,其结果就是导致有的学生不能受到应有的公平对待,不能公平的拥有和他人一样的条件基础,随着社会经济的快速发展,坚持教育公平已经逐渐成为了社会的热点问题。从某种程度上来说,教育公平是实现社会公平的前提基础。而班级管理中的公平性,则是对教育公平的更深入探讨,班级管理中的教育公平问题的良好提升,对学生的素质发展起到重要作用。
In daily school teaching management, education inequality has always existed. As a result, some students can not get the fair treatment they should and can not just have the same condition basis as others. With the rapid development of social economy, Adhering to fair education has gradually become a hot issue in society. To some extent, education equity is the prerequisite foundation for achieving social equity. The fairness in class management is a more in-depth discussion of educational equity. The improvement of educational equity in class management is a great improvement and plays an important role in the development of students’ quality.
