Genetic diversity analysis was carried out on 60 Brassica crops and 1 Arabidopsis thaliana strain using 8 pairs of primers of known Arabidopsis thaliana resistance genes. The homologous fragments of 6 primer pairs except GPA1 and PR1 Have been detected.
