报道了鲻鱼的人工繁殖技术和胚胎发育过程的观察结果。HCG 1 000 IU/kg和LRH-A210μg/kg配合使用,在水温22~25℃时,盐度25~32,鲻鱼的催产效应时间和受精卵孵化时间分为别36 h和52 h。鲻鱼卵属浮性卵,圆球形,卵径为(316.4±6.9)μm,卵黄囊直径为(190.8±5.4)μm。鲻鱼的胚胎发育过程可以分为7个阶段:胚盘形成期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠胚期、神经胚期、器官形成期、出膜期。研究发现,在一定的温度范围内,效应时间和孵化时间随温度的升高而缩短,孵化率随温度的升高,呈先升高后下降趋势,在温度为18~21℃时,孵化率最高,为82%。
