目的 :探讨胰岛素抵抗与脑血管病危险因素聚集性的关系。方法 :采用常规方法测定 91例动脉硬化性脑梗死和 68例高血压性脑出血患者和 40例健康人的空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂、t PA ,PAI 1和血压水平。结果 :研究对象按脑血管病危险因素数目分为 4组 ,随着危险因素增加 ,各组胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)逐渐降低。脑卒中患者的ISI与收缩压、舒张压、TG ,APOB和PAI 1水平负相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与HDL正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :胰岛素抵抗与脑血管病危险因素聚集性密切相关 ,提示改善人群的胰岛素敏感性可减少脑血管病危险因素
Objective: To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance and the clustering of risk factors of cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Fasting blood glucose, insulin, serum lipids, t PA, PAI 1 and blood pressure were measured in 91 patients with arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction and 68 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and 40 healthy people by routine methods. Results: The subjects were divided into 4 groups according to the number of risk factors of cerebrovascular disease. With the increase of risk factors, the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) of each group decreased gradually. There was a negative correlation between ISI and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TG, APOB and PAI 1 levels (P <0.01) in stroke patients and positive correlation with HDL (P <0.01). Conclusion: Insulin resistance is closely related to the aggregation of risk factors of cerebrovascular disease, suggesting that improving insulin sensitivity may reduce the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease
