以党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神和习近平总书记的系列讲话精神为指导,把加强和改进群众工作作为推进企业转变管理方式和发展方式的重要路径。本文提出对进一步做好现代国有企业群众工作的一些深度思考,并对具体的实践措施进行了阐述。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记提出一系列新观点新论断新要求,为做好新形势下的群众工作提供了根本遵循。
Guided by the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech series, strengthening and improving mass work is an important path for promoting the transformation of the management style and development mode of enterprises. This article puts forward some deep thoughts on how to do a better job of the mass work of modern state-owned enterprises, and elaborates on specific practical measures. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new opinions and new requirements for new conclusions and has fundamentally followed the masses’ work under the new situation.
