Impression 1: Government attaches great importance to education In Finland, vocational education and vocational education generally receive the attention and attention. Teachers’ salaries are almost equal to that of civil servants. They are widely respected and universally recognized in the society. This situation is mainly due to Finland’s “heavy” reform of vocational education and training since the 1990s.
