“一口受理、全区通办”是沙河口区委践行党的群众路线、打通服务群众“最后一公里”的一个创新性举措。去年7月以来,区委先在李家街道试点,后在全区全面启动了“一口受理、全区通办”工作。“一口受理”是指居民到街道或社区,一个窗口就完成纵向需要到市、区、街道、社区四个层面办理的公共事务;“全区通办”是指打破区域管理观念,辖区居民在全区所有街道或社区都可以通办各种公共服务事项。目前,通过下放50项区权服务职能、上收10项社区公共服务事项,整合56项街道民生服务职能,已实现了116项公共服务事项在街道帮万家服务中心“一口式”
