对甘蓝型油菜4个品种不同叶龄期幼苗进行一次自然低温处理,观察低温对花芽分化的促进作用,从而确定油菜对低温的敏感期。结果表明,不同叶龄期幼苗经低温处理后花芽分化均有提早,偏冬性冬油菜和半冬性冬油菜7—8叶和9—10叶幼苗对底温最为敏感,参试的春油菜品种以7—8叶幼苗对低温最为敏感。
Four rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) cultivars with different leaf ages were subjected to a natural low temperature treatment to observe the promotion effect of low temperature on flower bud differentiation, so as to determine the sensitive period of rapeseed to low temperature. The results showed that flower bud differentiation was earlier in the leaves of different leaf age after low temperature treatment. The leaf temperature of 7-8 leaves and 9-10 leaves of partial winter winter rape and semi-winter winter rape were the most sensitive to the bottom temperature. The tested spring rape Varieties with 7-8 leaflets the most sensitive to low temperature.
