航道岸线是航道不可分割的重要组成部分,也是不可再生的宝贵资源,加强航道两岸临河设施的管理,合理地控制和利用航道岸线,充分发挥航道的水运资源优势是非常必要的。本文按照船舶交通流的基本原理,引入了航道占有率模型对航道岸线控制利用方法进行研究。提出了按照苏南运河的最大交通密度和相应的航道占有率为标准,将苏南运河航道岸线划分为畅行区段和拥挤区段。最后对江苏省内河岸线的合理规划利用进行了初步的研究。
The fairway shoreline is an integral part of the fairway and an invaluable resource that can not be regenerated. It is necessary to strengthen the management of the riverside facilities on both sides of the fairway, reasonably control and utilize the coastline of the fairway, and give full play to the advantages of waterway resources of the fairway. In this paper, according to the basic principle of traffic flow in a ship, the model of channel occupancy is introduced to study the method of coastline control and utilization. According to the maximum traffic density of Sunan canal and the corresponding channel occupancy rate as a standard, the coastline of southern Jiangsu canal is divided into the freeway section and the congested section. Finally, the reasonable planning and utilization of the inland riverbank in Jiangsu Province has been carried out.
