The rise of art institutions is a necessary result of economic development in today's society, and how to manage these institutions well is the responsibility of art management managers.This article starts with the most severe problems in the art management industry, and analyzes the main problems in the management links in the art management industry. Then, through the analysis of examples, it is concluded that how to train art management managers can alleviate the problems caused by the lack of talents for art management manager positions.
