当今,无人机袭击行为越来越多地出现在战场和反恐活动中,其合法性也被广为争议。无人机作为一种新型武器,应当在国际法的框架之下使用。无人机袭击在国家主权、国家人道法、国内法豁免原则、国际人权法等方面都给国际法带来了挑战。
Today, drone attacks are increasingly appearing on the battlefield and in anti-terrorist activities, and their legitimacy is widely debated. UAVs, as a new type of weapon, should be used under the framework of international law. UAV attacks have brought challenges to international law in the areas of national sovereignty, national humanitarian law, the principle of exemption from domestic laws and international human rights law.
