用激光治疗冠心病患者的传导阻滞,未见文献报道,作者用激光照射静脉血治疗2例房室传导阻滞.例1,男性,67岁。患心肌梗塞以后并发右束支完全性传导阻滞,因心绞痛常使用硝酸甘油和抗凝药.入院时脉率35次/分,偶有早搏.心电图:Ⅱ～Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,心室率35次/分,右束支完全性传导阻滞,室性早搏。药物治疗无效,拒绝使用心脏起搏器。用激光照射静脉血辅助药物治疗,波长632.8nm,功率5mW,每次照射45min.治疗3次以后,室性早搏消失,房室传导阻滞减轻至Ⅰ度。住院3周出院继续工作。经过6个月和8个
