钨在硫酸-苦杏仁酸-氯酸钾体系中能产生灵敏的极谱催化波,已用于矿石钨的测定,但由于调整酸度时引入酚酞指示剂,严重影响了钨的灵敏度,而且稳定性较差。为此我们对有关条件进行了详细试验,发现不需引入酚酞指示剂,直接在碱溶液中加入一定量的硫酸,所得波高更高。另外,系统地试验了干扰情况,绝大多数阳离子均无干扰,但阴离子特别是F~-、Br~-、CNS~-、柠檬酸根等干扰严重。
