稽查分局现有干部职工52人,大部分都是年轻人,35岁以下青年占全分局人数的90％,平均年龄31岁,均为大专以上学历。几年来,这些年轻团员青年们在特区的税收事业上,用青春和热血,谱写了一个个感人的故事,奉献了他们的青春之歌,他们在平凡的岗位上,默默奉献,勤政敬业,硕果累累。涌现了一大批年轻有为的优秀干部。分局连续二年被省地税局评为全省稽查先进单位,被市地税局评为全局先进集体,三科被共青团深圳市委评为“青年文明号”荣誉称号,二科被省地税局评为先进集体,多次被深圳直属机关评为优秀基层党组织和先进党支部,最近,33岁的稽查分局局长何锐军同志被十二个中央单位评为“中国优秀青年卫士”,去年,又被评为深圳市十佳青年公仆。 一、他们是一支忠于职守能打硬仗的队伍
