人抗原R(HuR)是RNA结合蛋白中胚胎致死异常视觉家族的一员,可以结合并稳定在3′非翻译区(UTR)中的富含腺嘌呤和尿嘧啶的序列(AREs),调节mRNA的不稳定性。多种肿瘤细胞质中高表达HuR,并与不良预后和淋巴结转移等密切相关;抑制HuR基因表达可降低肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭性。HuR可通过抗凋亡、维持血管生成及逃脱机体抗肿瘤免疫机制等方面促进肿瘤细胞的生长、浸润。HuR有望成为肿瘤诊断、治疗的新靶点。
