技术进步对就业影响是经济学一个长期话题,不同学者依据不同方法和理论对技术进步对就业影响进行分析。本文利用超越对数成本函数,采用微电子设备作为对技术进步的直接度量,使用Zellner似不相关方法对中国汽车行业时间数据进行经验分析,研究结果发现中国汽车行业技术进步对不同类型就业具有不同影响,技术进步推动了对高技能工人需求,同时却对低技能工人就业造成不利影响。
The impact of technological progress on employment is a long-term topic in economics. Different scholars analyze the impact of technological progress on employment based on different methods and theories. In this paper, we use the trans-logarithm cost function, the microelectronic device as a direct measure of technological progress, the empirical analysis of China’s automotive industry time data using Zellner’s irrelevant method. The results show that the technological progress of China’s automotive industry is different for different types of employment As a result, technological advances have driven the demand for highly skilled workers while adversely affecting the employment of low-skilled workers.
