According to the Notice of the Ministry of Construction on Doing a Good Job in Self-Discipline of Construction Budget Estimation Personnel by China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association (the “Construction Cost Management Association of the People’s Republic of China” Jianbiao [2005] No. 69), China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association has formulated the Interim Measures for the Management of National Construction Costs (see attachment).
