选用Norplant(非生物降解型皮下埋植物)接受者的50个月经周期作宫颈粘液涂片观察及以RIA(放射免疫)法检测5例埋植前及埋植后3年内的妇女体内不同时期血清中5项激素的浓度变化,以进一步了解Norplant的避孕机理。结果:①促卵泡生成素及泌乳素在埋植前后无改变,黄体生成素于埋植后各周期的值都明显低于对照周期(P<0.05),雌二醇(E2)和孕酮的值亦显著降低(P<0.01);②宫颈粘液的平均拉丝度为(4.0±2.2)cm,有92%未见羊齿状结晶。提示:Norplant埋植后血清E2浓度有周期波动而无黄体活性出现者占本组的大多数;有65%的周期呈无排卵,即使少数周期有排卵活动亦表现有黄体功能不全。另外,我们还发现埋植者的阴道出血是与其血清中E2峰值的高低不平稳有关。
Fifty menstrual cycles of Norplant (non-biodegradable subcutaneous implants) were used for cervical mucus smears and RIA (radioimmunoassay) method was used to detect the serum levels of 5 different pre-implantation and post-implantation three-year women In five hormone concentration changes, to further understand Norplant’s contraceptive mechanism. Results: (1) Follicle-stimulating hormone and prolactin did not change before and after implantation. The values of luteinizing hormone in each cycle after implantation were significantly lower than those in control (P <0.05) Ketone value was also significantly reduced (P <0.01); ② the average degree of cervical mucus drawing degree (4.0 ± 2.2) cm, 92% no fern-like crystals. Hints: There was periodic fluctuation of serum E2 concentration after ligation of Norplant, but no luteal activity appeared in most of the patients in this group. There was ovulation in 65% of the patients. Ovulation was also observed in a few cycles of luteal insufficiency. In addition, we also found that vaginal bleeding from implants is associated with an unstable level of E2 in the serum.
